We collect information to improve the functionality and content of the ResponseTek website and to monitor its performance. How to Correct or Update Your Personal Information

If you need to correct or update your personal information registered with us, please fill out the Contact Us form and indicate “personal profile update” at the top of the comment box. Please make sure to include your previously registered name, address, email address and phone number along with any new personal information in the body of the message.
ResponseTek will record your personal information change in our web database and will make this change available to business groups throughout our company worldwide.

Data Retention
Activity data held within our marketing database is subject to a 25 month retention policy with a limit of 90 days on high volume activities such as web page visits.

Reporting

Use of the ResponseTek Reporting portal is restricted to authorized users with accounts issued by ResponseTek’s clients. Use of the information within the system will be governed by:

• Local data protection and privacy laws.
• Any employment agreements.
• The Information Security and Data Protection policies and procedures of the client.

Information Gathering
The ResponseTek Listening Platform collects responses from customers and displays the data for clients to learn from their customers and to allow them to work with the Responses.

To ensure the security of the consumer data ResponseTek will track actions within the system associated with your login.

• the reports you visit

• any changes that you make

The only personal information that we hold related to a user will be:
• Name or unique identifier – if provided
• Email
• Position in organization

Information Created
Based on Response scores, aggregate scores associated with the organizational structure may be generated and associated with identities.

Use of Information

The information provided to the clients is to provide insight into the consumer’s experience of their interactions with the client and its organization according to the needs of their program as defined in their policies.

Data Retention
Activity data held within our database is subject to various retention period:

• Actions, Notes, Replies: remain associated with a Response until the Response is removed from the system at the end of the Client’s retention period
• Login Data (time, IP, user-agent): retained for at least 12 months
• Activity Data – reports generated: retained for at least 12 months

Cookies
ResponseTek does not at this time use 3rd party cookies. All cookies are used simply for session management to allow correct routing of requests once a connection is made.

Removing or disabling cookies will prevent the application from operating successfully.
