ResponseTek Chairing Organizational Optimization Track at Leading Customer Event

Vancouver, BC – September 27, 2007 – ResponseTek Networks Corp. (http://www.responsetek.com), the leading on-demand Customer Experience Management (CEM) software vendor, today announced that Richard Elliott, vice president of global sales and professional services, is chairing the Organizational Optimization track at the upcoming North American Conference on Customer Management (NACCM) 2007 in Orlando.

NACCM is North America’s largest customer management event, with eight keynote speakers including author Chris Anderson and cycling champion Lance Armstrong. Companies presenting in the Organizational Optimization track include Best Buy, Facebook, Mass Mutual, and ConAgra foods.
