ResponseTek Networks Corp. Announces New Chief Financial Officer

VANCOUVER, BC - July 18, 2005 -- ResponseTek Networks Corp., a leading supplier of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Norman S. Wong as its new Chief Financial Officer.

“We are pleased to have the opportunity to grow our business with an individual of Norman’s proven industry calibre,”said ResponseTek President and CEO, Syed Hasan. “His strong high-tech background, complemented by more than 15 years of diverse business and financial operational experience, will be put to good use in our ongoing efforts to broaden ResponseTek’s reach in the CEM arena.”

Mr. Wong is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary. Prior to joining ResponseTek, Mr. Wong has held various financial roles with Vancouver-based Mobile Data Solutions Inc (MDSI), his most recent role being Director of Business Planning. Mr. Wong has also served as CFO for Xillix Technology Corp. and InflaZyme Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
