Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Extends Agreement With Responsetek
Vancouver, BC Canada – ResponseTek Networks Corp. (www.responsetek.com), the global leader in Experience Based Management (EBM), today announced the renewal of their contract with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a premier operator of luxury hotels and resorts across North America and the Caribbean.
Under the agreement, Fairmont will continue to use ResponseTek’s EBM solution to manage member feedback in an effort to improve the customer experience and increase customer retention levels of its guest loyalty program, Fairmont President's Club (FPC). Fairmont actively encourages its members to provide comments, issues or suggestions on how to improve their program using the ResponseTek solution located on www.fairmont.com to further enhance the quality of its guests' experiences. ResponseTek has been providing its solution to Fairmont since November of 2002.
