As part of our expansion we are looking for a business analyst to join our dynamic Client Services team: someone with strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as good business acumen.
Our newest team member will add value by providing reporting and analytics to our clients. Working directly with senior Client Services personnel, the individual will provide support on multiple projects at-a-time, including but not limited to: business analysis, solution scoping and documentation, project management support, etc.
With this role comes excellent growth opportunity within the Client Services group and beyond. Other Business Analysts have been promoted to Project Management and Client Management.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Business Analysis – assist our clients by analysing and reporting on their customer input, ideas and feedback.
- Become an expert resource on ResponseTek’s software.
Secondary:
- Project Management Support – support Senior Client Managers in managing the successful rollout of ResponseTek:CEM solutions.
- Sales Support – work with Senior Client Managers to support activities surrounding the growth of the accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business, math, or other relevant areas.
- Highly skilled in software tools and systems, and in particular: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.
- Ability to learn new software tools easily and quickly
- Strong business acumen
- Confident, hard working, team-oriented, results-focused individual
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

This position has a base salary plus a strong benefits package and company ownership through ResponseTek share/option plan
